The Wyoming Civic Engagement Network is focused on increasing civic participation and building the voting power necessary to move Wyoming and its communities forward. WyCEN is made up of a network of organizations that share these goals and are dedicated to closing the gap between those who CAN vote, and those who DO.

This work requires vision and long-term planning: full participation of the Wyoming electorate cannot be achieved through one election cycle, one legislative fight, or one campaign.

WyCEN strives for more educated and engaged voter participation by building power in our communities, growing the capacity of grassroots and nonprofit leaders and organizations, facilitating access to resources, and addressing gaps in the civic engagement process.
