The Wyoming Civic Engagement Network is focused on increasing civic participation and building the voting power necessary to win. WyCEN is made up of a network of organizations that share these goals and are dedicated to closing the gap between those who CAN vote, and those who DO. We share a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in all aspects of our work.

This work requires vision and long-term planning: full participation of the Wyoming electorate cannot be achieved through one election cycle, one legislative fight, or one campaign.

WyCEN strives for more equitable voter participation by building power in marginalized and under-resourced communities, growing the capacity of their leaders and organizations, facilitating equitable access to resources, and addressing bias in the civic engagement process.
